I'm a current resident at Capri Creek and my year here has been a great experience ! My partner and I really enjoy and believe that the management here has been excellent .they've helped us tremendously and We are hoping to stay here as long as possible. This place is awesome.
My daughter's apartment was next to a pervert man that broke in daily for about a week. Then was burglarized several times as well. Then there was no heat for the entire time she lived there (about 5 months)and no hot water for a month. Nothing was plugged in there ,no tv,no computer, etc. But yet the light bill was 500.00 month not to mention they charge 100 to 150 a month for water! And that neighbor of hers had 5 people living in there cause we was told you share the water bill with that entire building! The boss woman do... read more
I've been living here for about a year. There are things I really like about it, but getting maintenance issues resolved is a problem. I've had issues with my lights not working properly since March. I get the run around. Was told the electrician needs to come, but nobody has shown up. Once night time comes it's difficult to see. I've had issues with my shower, washer, and dryer. As well as other smaller things. They take a week or so to fix something or sometimes things don't get fixed at all. I've asked to get a rent reduc... read more
