I'm out almost $400 from Capri Creek and no luck getting a hold of someone... and I don't even live here! Shout out to the Capri Creek Maintenance: Alex, Alex, he’s our man, if he can’t fix it, no one can!
I’m not going to say that I enjoy living here but… unfortunately I have every month a higher fee and I can’t keep up it’s hard to believe that I started paying $3280.00 now I have to pay $3690.00 and looks like it’s going higher next month there are charges that doesn’t make sense good service yes we have but no the price is higher and higher
This Review is for Alex who handles all of our maintenance, he goes above and beyond and is always there to help. Definitely one of the main reasons we chose to renew our lease.
