Service was worst ever! Had to ask Debbie to get off phone to wait on us! Party of 6 and we had to automatically pay 18% for bad service
My server Debbie did more texting than serving my table. Then when reported to the manager he acted like what would you like me to do. My response is your job sir and correct bad service. I was there at 5:30 pm in Saturday the 16 of April.
I have never experienced such awful service!! We were ignored and glared at and our server refused to speak to us. Then she charged me 18% gratuity even though I never received service
Service is HORRIBLE. Waited 15+ minutes at our table, no one greeted or acknowledged us. Several waitress' passed our table, served other tables and people who sat down after us. Will never go back to this place and I will make sure to let everyone I know never to go here. No wonder Luigi's pizza is #1 in Gwinnett county.
While it's true the pizza is good. The service is HORRIBLE! We waited and waited to even be acknowledged. One of the waitresses finally asked if someone had taken out drink orders as she was walking by, if they had we wouldn't be sitting there with two angry kids waiting. Then we are told it is a long wait for the food. This isn't the first time we have dealt with rude/no service. This time we won't be going back.
Caprese is one of the best Italian restaurant's we have found. And being from Long Island where we had the best pizza anywhere....this is a huge compliment to Caprese.
