No more word and time on these beings! keep far away from them asap! A beast's force and a snake's craftiness!
Overall my experience living in this building has been poor. They recently disabled my key FOB and offered no help to repair/replace it. They told me after I called back multiple times it would not replaced until the following Monday. Leaving me locked out of my own building. Their only excuse was there is nothing they can do. This has not been the only negative experience here. If you are looking for a nice apartment in this area keep looking!
Roaches, bed bugs and outside always smells of dog feces. Would not recommend! The price is what it is for a reason
1,3, 5 place Belle-Rive, Laval, rénovations started 3 years now, in order to upgrade........now, view from my balcony...horrible and discusting...this is a disaster...on a scale of 10, will give it minus 5..please, please, can someone help to fix this...
