I have lived at Capreit for approximately 4 years and found it to be a very good place to reside. If you need something to be done their response is quick and efficient. I am particularly impressed with Rhodora Dorado, Operations Manager as she takes great care in looking after her residents with pleasant, friendly and professional service. If you are looking for beautiful surroundings including 2 swimming pools, patios with 2 large modern BBQs, friendly people then this is the place to live, relax and enjoy life.
Excellent, very well maintained buildings with an accomodating and responsive staff! Happy to he here.
Great place to live, right in downtown Burlington.
I lived in Burlington year 2018 in one of the capreit properties. The place and management was amazing. Very cooperative with 100% immediate response on all the queries. If you want to rent out a place in Canada I recommend capreit is the place.
