Management at Capreit is amazing! I have lived here for 8 years. A pipe had a leak in my basement, it was replaced however I was waiting to be reimbursed. The management office at 75 bridesburg took the time to look into my issue and made sure I was reimbursed. I also needed a parking spot and they made sure it was taken care of in a timely manner. Thanks for your help!

We had a backed drain in our basements, 20 units affected by flooding. But let me tell you the property manager was on it quickly. They had the contractor here and they cleared the drain. Then they had cleaners come in and cleaned the mess and sanitized the floor. I am so happy with how this was handled. Way to go Capreit 👏
