Bike shops can be intimidating places, but I've always found Capps to be friendly and helpful. I think there bike repair and service is affordable, compared to bike shops in Lawrence.

I purchased my 3rd bike from Capp's today. Since my first decent bike, a Specialized Hardrock, in 1993 to the Giant Sedona DX I got today, I have always been happy. I've been on a long break from cycling and was happy to see such great customer service still in place. They answered all my questions without being condescending, and did not pressure me at all.
