My husband and I Live in North Carolina. After demoing many many different brands of gravel bikes, we finally decided on the Lauf Tru Grit Race Edition. Unfortunately there is not a shop in NC that carries Lauf so we had to do some research to find a shop that carried them. Luckily to my surprise I found Capps and they had the sizes we both needed. These guys have really helped me out over the years. Always gave me great deals on parts and a couple completes. Fun local rides. The Moonlight Ride is a must if your around that time of year. Good food, good music, and a sea of blinky red lights. Jeremy is a well rounded mechanic and can handle anything.
Chris, Jeremy and the rest of the team have served my family for years. Nothing is ever an inconvenience and if it is they don’t show it, they are happy to accommodate, and it’s almost like they know how to do business the right way which is hard to find. Highly recommend. Many thanks guys!
Chris and Jeremy make this shop what it is . Great customer service , great repair services. I always feel welcome at Capps. Been coming here about 15 years. From my first trek to both of my specialized bikes I have now , they've all come from Capps! Today my 6 year old has her own specialized bike. Good to know I can trade it in when she gets bigger and quality is awesome and great to have someone who can do adjustments. Thanks Capps!
