Taking my hair to Cappella's To get my hair cut at Cappella's Studio is not just a âstylingâ experience (though one does come out looking stylish). It is also a social experience that is pleasant in every way. I am always reminded of those photos of old-time barber shops/beauty salons where it is clear that the customers and the employees are interacting in a warm community sort of way. Joyce Erin is the BEST!! Since moving to Chester Co. 12 years ago, I tested out different salons. I stayed with a few of them for some time only because it's so difficult to change hair stylists. A friend of mine told me about Erin and Cappella's about a year ago. She has done wonders for my hair. She really listens to my concerns and advises me accordingly. I LOVE Cappella's! I have been to Cappella's Studio three times and each time I have left more and more impressed. Cappella's is a cute, well decorated salon that has a very homey feel to it. No Worries!! Erin has been doing my hair for several years now! She knows just what I need done to my hair each time to make me feel better! I never leave disappointed. It is sooooo nice not having to worry about parking in downtown West Chester! I pull right in front of the salon. No parking tickets! Great operation at Cappella's.
Unbelievably great !!!! Absolutely great. I have been to every king of salon, from my Uncle's barbershop as a child to higher end LA salons. I'm a "get it done, use as little stuff as possible, It's just a haircut" kind of guy. Erin took the time to talk to me, look at pictures of what I (OK, also mostly my wife) wanted my hair to look like, explained things (like I did need SOME products), how styling and blow drying would only take about 5 minutes, and showed me how to accomplish these things.
