Totally disappointed...tried to plan a trip to the Grand Canyon with Kim..evidentially I wasn't the caliber of clientele she liked to work with. I reached out to Lisa and she referred me back to Kim. not certain what kind of trip you need to plan or class of person you need to be to associate with this agency, but I will not recommend them to my co workers or friends.
