I had an appointment booked at 2:15 when I arrived the other barbers informed me that my barber hadn’t shown up at all that day. They proceeded to tell me they were still taking walk ins and that I’d be next in line. After waiting for over 40 minutes I find out they all had appointments and no one was available to cut me. In addition to all of this I was told I’d be next in line and the wait wouldn’t be any longer than 20 minutes there was zero transparency and a lack of respect for my time.
Haircut is a little pricey but the barbers here are very passionate about their work being all the different clients with hair styles looking really good they play great music and the atmosphere of the place is really nice and different from most barbershops would recomond anyone to come here
Tracy is one of the best Barbers I’ve been too very good customer service and an even better haircut!! Will for sure be coming back every 2 weeks
