Thrilled to have found CBLA after years of searching for a place to learn capoeira. I have found not only an excellent place to train with fantastic schedule of classes that make it possible to attend regularly, but an amazing community of people as well. Profesora Pavão is a smart, strong, and welcoming leader. She knows her stuff, constantly increases her already vast expertise, and shares it freely with students.
Joining this beautiful martial art of Capoeira and specifically this wonderful group has changed my life! It involves music, language, dance and of course martial arts. You don't even realize it and then two weeks later you have lost 5lbs! Capoeira is an exhilarating martial arts that makes you strong, you learn the language and the music of this amazing culture. The professors are the most supportive, wonderful duo. We are lucky to have such an awesome community. Thank you so much for always inspiring your students!

Great activity to do for a fitness class, I really enjoyed the fitness aspect of the class and learnt so much about the Brazilian culture and it's martial arts skills.
