I am very disappointed with the fireplace I bought from them. I had a gas leakage at my house, so we had to shut off the gas. After every time the gas gets shut off, they have to come and reset the fire place for the cost of $349. It took the technician less than 3 minutes to reset it. This is pure rip off!!

These guys installed a brand new Heat & Glo fireplace at our home in Santa Monica almost a year ago. It never worked. When I reached out to ask them to repair it, they were extremely unresponsive and difficult to reach. After many emails and phone calls from both me and my contractor, we finally got them to come to our home, but they failed to repair the fireplace. Poor customer service. I called and sent two emails to set up appointment. Website says by appointment only. I did not receive a response. We went to another store and they are helping us with our custom made chimney.
