My daughter had a cross bite and one of her bottom teeth was missing. She got her braces and fast forward she now has a beautiful smile. This place of business I would definitely recommend. Everyone that works there is so down-to-earth and friendly and they always greet you with a warm smile.
The first time we came we received a warm welcome. The consultation went smoothly. Dr. Caples made Abigail very comfortable and ease. Abigail love her top braces. She can’t wait to get her bottom braces in next month. She said that the process went very smoothly. We love the place and the staff.
Our RaeLea Grace got her 2nd phase of braces today 😬 bless her heart. (It was a long process for her. Her little mouth is swollen and so sore. We have been trying to keeping some of the pain down for her but as you know this is just something that will pass in a few days. I have to say we have the most amazing orthodontist office. Dr Caples just text checking on her. Asking if she needed anything. Telling us tips to help get her pain under control and help her feel better. She was so happy he checked on her. They are the sweetest and friendliest staff, hands down!! Glad we definitely chose them to help us through this experience
I got my braces years ago (I think I finished in 2005). I had a problem with one of my retainers recently, and went in to get it fixed. Not only did they help, but they remembered me! I love this place and these orthodontists! If I have kids, I know where I will be taking them if they ever need braces!
