Unprofessional Support for Ronald Ryder MD Disorganized with constant voice mail use especially when trying to contact a specific person. Passive attitudes of support personnel. I have no experience with the quality of care and cannot comment. One five minute visit cost medicare $250.00....no follow up or assessment of previous commitments. Inquiries are without response and if so just dumb stuff with stupid apologies.
Dr. Ronald Ryder is GREAT! Not only is Dr. Ronald Ryder a great doctor, who explain everythig to you in detail but he is also a very friendly, cool guy. He talks to you like a friend -- not like a dry boring doctor. His staff is also super-friendly.
Appointment - Why bother? My one experience - I made an appointment weeks in advance and then had to wait 2.5 hours to be seen. The staff and doctors acted like that was not a problem (at least for them).
Highly competant and mind soothing I ahve been taking my grandmother to Hamilton Cardiology Associates for nine years now. I also work in a hospital setting and know their expertiece level and the rapport the have witht heir patients. Great doctor group that will take care of your loved ones.
No Respect Excessive waiting times & thoughtless practices of office staff show a serious lack of respect toward patients. WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW
Highly Recommend Great staff and friendly compassionate doctors. I trust them with my life. They take the time to explain everything to you in terms you can understand. I would recommend them to anyone who is need of a cardiaologist. There are several doctors in the practice and I have not had a problem with any of them. Parking is sometimes a problem but that's the only downfall.
