I have been going to Dr. Caplin Eye Clinic in Mandeville for many years. I cannot speak highly enough for the entire staff. Dr Budden and his assistants always go out of their way to make things as pleasant as possible. Desiraie M. the Mandeville receptionist is one of the best that I have encountered in my many years.
