This dealership sold me a Lexus SUV with a faulty/non operating trunk (it wouldn't fully open or close). They were aware the strut motors on the trunk needed to be replaced and failed to disclose to me during time of sale. Called them for months trying to get them to repair the issue and I ended up having to take this matter to Small Claims Court in which I ended up WINNING and they ended up owing me the money. This is my second time reviewing Capitol VW, but good service always deserves recognition. I want to give a huge shout-out to Fabian in the Parts and Service department. He is an incredibly humble and patient human being. I walked in with a long list of needs—including a return—and he took the time to address every single item without rushing me. Thank you, Fabian, for going the extra mile. As I told you in person, you truly are 'Fabulous Fabian'!
Brent was fantastic! He gets the 5 out of 5!! The rest of the staff gave lots of excuses for the mistakes that were made and never apologized. I was talking to the sales manager on duty, he cut me off and laughed and me when I was speaking. It definitely felt like deliberate disrespect and I had to say multiple times “I’m not done speaking” he kept talking over me so often. Is this how you train male managers to treat women? Very poor treatment for having spent over $23,000 on my car.
Highly recommend this place if anyone wants to shop for a VW! Arthur and Daniel were amazing. They were super patient, easy to talk to, and made the whole experience feel really comfortable. I really appreciated how helpful they were the entire time and how they explained everything so clearly. We left feeling genuinely grateful for their support. If you’re looking for a VW, definitely come here and ask for Arthur and Daniel. They took great care of us and we’d happily recommend them.
Staff was awesome. Arthur, the GM helped us out. He didn't try to hard sell us and was honest about options and wether or not they are worth it. The sale was the easiest and quickest I've ever been through. Nobody tried to squeeze extra money out of us. Very happy with my new Atlas.
