Place is relatively cheap to live at as compared to other places in Tallahassee circa 2025; however, you do get what you pay for. Unit is a fair size for one person. Utilities can run a bit high as the unit does not manage temperature well. Make sure you keep it clean as pest will overrun your apartment. Neighbors are friendly, but a lot of them sit outside all day and this can be annoying when you’re coming in and out the unit and people are watching you. The washer and dryer… forget about it.
Place is infested with cockroaches. even in the shared laundry room. For the entire place of residence there is three washers and dryers that frequently break. Maintenance never completes the requests. One time they surprisingly did, they came into my home when I was not there and they left muddy footprints all over my floor, turned on all my lights, and left my toilet seat up.
