I rent here and am unfortunately stuck in a lease. Rental costs are exorbitant and include no storage space or amenities like washer and dryer hook ups. Available parking for residents is annoyingly scarce. My building has been infested with rodents since December. Also, management has no problem inconveniencing its residents with 16 weeks worth of intrusive construction. I wouldn't recommend renting here.
