I don’t recommend nobody coming here to live !!!! It’s been 3 months & I regret ever applying here, I’m literally counting down the months so I can get tf out of this place ! MANAGEMENT FOR ONE IS THE WORST, THEY ARE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL !!!!! Worst ever experience with the management. Security deposit was told to be returned during apartment exit and every time I followed up weekly. but, after 3 months - they said abruptly it’s forbidden. management is horrible.
Its very old building not really well maintained. Curry smell in every walk through areas but the leasing office staff are good
Lived here for almost 2 years and everything went downhill once the new management started taking over. My apartment was always freezing cold the “free heat” barely worked elevators are almost never working trash all over the building. Rent is ridiculously high especially for studios this is not the place you want to call home.
The new owners, 600A LLC, appear less attentive to their tenants than the former owners. They appear to be ok with leaving the only parking garage door broken for full duration of a week day. Tenants are likely charged $150/month to use this garage. Does 600A LLC not worry that their tenants could lose a day's worth of wages if they are unable to leave the garage that they pay to park in?
