Not Good Terrible experience - my order came in three weeks late, the store personnel wer unresponsive to phone calls, then at least 1 box and half of tile were broken & unusable because of the way they were stacked in the warehouse. I had to spend more money with my contractor & another tile supplier to finish the job.
Just Terrible I don't know whether is my bad luck or not. The glass tile I ordered it came in with three boxes. All glass tiles in one of the boxes are all broken. They did not even check before handed it to the customers.... I need to pay the contractor extra to come back because I don't have enough tiles for him to complete the job.... What a joke....
Best Tile Company in DC/MD/VA Area I cannot say enough good things about Capitol Tile! We've used them for multiple projects over 5 years including 3 bathrooms and 1 kitchen and the quality and selection is unbeatable and their prices are great. Joey and Jamie are all-star staff to work with and really collaborate with you to bring the idea of your job to life. They are a 5-star operation! Bravo!
Great tile purchase experience. I had a great experience. After checking prices for a certain accent tile I found Capitol Tile had the best price. I ordered the tile on a Friday and got it the next Monday (3 days later)! And shipping was free. The tile came from the manufacturer (Soho Studios) very well packaged. I do like shopping on the web!
A great selection of glass tiles This store was just finishing their renovations the last time I was there. They carry all your basic tiles and some of the most beautiful speciality tile, especially glass. They had some nice design ideas set up in the shop and were going to be putting up more displays in the near future. I'm sure it's been completed by now. Their prices are unbeatable and their customer service is top notch. The shipping charges were not too high even on imported tile.
Great Service! Over the past year I've visited most of the tile showrooms in the Rockville area, and Capitol Tile and Marble is--hands down--my favorite. I am someone who asks a lot of questions, and they never rush me. On my first visit a very kind and helpful gentleman spent a lot of time working with me on a design for my tiny powder room.
