I have lived here for 5 years and I have lived many places in Olympia and Lacey. I came back here for maybe the 4th time because I remembered it as economical, safe, clean and the management is terrific. This is my retirement nest!
Called this place four days in a row at differing times and never once was answered. So two out of those days I went to dial the manager at the front door, and was met with the same result. If this is indicative of the service that’s received I’m sure it’s 1 star worthy!
Lived here for about a year. Concrete building means its pretty quiet, electricity is cheap thanks to the central steam heating and the apartments are pretty cozy. Within walking distance of the Capitol campus and all of downtown. Easy to feel like a home.
Capitol Terrace is a wonderful place to live! The location by the Capitol is terrific for the view and the beautiful Capitol grounds to walk around and then walk down the trail to the lake! The rent is affordable! Management and Maintenance are great!
