Very poor customer service! – I submitted an order more than two weeks ago and am still waiting to get a rubber stamp and embosser set from this group! I was originally told that the rubber stamp took one business day to create and that an embosser would be ready within ten business days. It took a long time for them to finalize artwork for the rubber stamp, which held up the creation of the embosser, even though I submitted the exact graphic I wanted and had a simple request for the use of text. Great Customer Service!! – My husband & I needed several documents notarized. Several of the documents also required 2 witnesses. Jack, the notary, and two of his staff members notarized and witnessed all the documents in a quick & efficient manner. If we ever need anything notarized again or if we are in the need for any of his other services, we will definitely use them again. Highly recommend!!
