RecommendedThis chiropractic office has this vibrating machine which helped heal a lower back strain I had over the holidays. I've had L4-L5 herniated discs in my low back for quite awhile so I'm more susceptible to muscle injuries in that region. Increased blood flow is key to speeding up healing, so it was nice that the rippling sensation of the vibrating machine got deep into the injured area. For this place to be in such a good location, right next to the Bradlick Shopping Center, is an added bonus.
I’ve been coming to Capitol Rehab since I was 26 week pregnant for weekly adjustments and it’s been life changing. I’ve had the worst middle to lower back pain since the beginning of my pregnancy. I’m now 38 weeks and still coming for adjustments and prenatal messages, it’s honestly the best part of my week. The staff is amazing and the facility is super clean and organized. Dr. Compass is great. He's helped me with more than a few injuries I have had this year and he's a former athlete so he has a lot of knowledge of some of the injuries I've encountered.
