Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc could not have made rekeying my deadbolt easier -- Jerry worked around my work schedule, came out and completed the job on the same day, and their cost ($100 total) was less expensive than other locksmith quotes. I really appreciated the efficiency and ease of completing this job, especially since I had to have it done because my keys had been stolen. Last Saturday I had a appointment with Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc to replace my dead bolts on my two security gates. The technician who came to my door (I'm sorry I forgot his name!) was prompt and friendly. As promised he came within the 9-10 am window (he came exactly at 9:30am). Tod is awesome! I called at the last minute to redeem my Groupon and could not get an appointment in time... but then they extended the Groupon for a few days to let me get my appointment in. I had the top deadbolt changed and it was a simple, quick process. Tod called on his way to let me know where he was. He even tried to fix my broken doorknob for me that my super has been ignoring. Service does not get much better then this. Fair pricing, very quick and thorough response to inquiries. Virtually no wait time for service provider to come out, job was not rushed. These guys are awesome! They showed up right when they said they would, were very friendly and efficient, fixed the lock quickly and charged exactly what they said they would. I will never use another locksmith in Palo Alto, CA. I've heard horror stories about locksmith's but these guys broke that mold. I called Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc based on the reviews I read here. I emailed to the company first, but he didn't see my email, so I called. They was very nice. He apologized for not seeing the email, and they asked me to give him the information and send pictures of my locks by email. I wanted to change a lock in the apartment I have just moved into. How can you not be amazed by a company that already has a solid five stars? Thanks for making it easy to pick a locksmith! 1st Star: has 24/7 service. 2nd Star: Tech was exactly on time, 8am. And chipper as can be. 3rd Star: Professional service. We managed to get ourselves locked out of an interior door in our house, and we called Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc of course, based on the reviews online. The tech quickly gave us a call back from our message and gave us a reasonable price which was way cheaper than some other places we called before him. I don't anticipate needing a locksmith again (fingers crossed), but if I do, I will definitely be giving Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc a call again when i need them.

I found Capitol Pro Locksmith Services, Inc via Online and I figured the multiple five-star reviews had to be accurate (which was certainly the case). Both of our locks needed some work, and we were in contact with Jacob several times while deciding on various options. Jacob is super-friendly and he arrived very promptly on both occasions (he had to check out the problem initially). He's also very accommodating in terms of a timeframe for appointments.
