Great location, quiet place to live and right downtown. Maintenance is great and have had little dealings with management, but I guess that is good. All pleasant
Please don't rent or own from this company. They are very shady and the worst company I have ever rented from. The residents there can be very pretentious and one even cussed out a bunch of women in my family on Christmas day while they were holding presents. Terrible management, bad residents, and not worth the money. What a mistake! Bad location, right next to homeless shelter and very scary at night. Please beware.
