I want to post my comment for my bad experience. My realtor set up an appointment with this company to come out on 3/29 for 7:30AM. Because of my work schedule, my realtor was nice enough to come by my house and let them in for 7:30AM. So, the tech was late. So, when my realtor finally got in touch with someone at the office, the tech called my realtor back and stated " He got the times mixed up" that he was on McDowell.
