I forgot about my appointment but they called me and allowed me to keep my appt. I left my expensive sunglasses there and they called to let me know. Yes I’m a mess but these folks are cool.
I couldn't be more happy with the professional manner of the entire staff. Very thorough from start to finish. I will definitely recommend them to the people I know.
Dr. Pretel and his assistant Curtis were very professional and knew what they needed to do to remove my bad tooth. I always recommend them to friends who need implants.
Avoid this place!!! I went in for dental surgery. During the middle of the surgery, Dr Chen left the room to see another patient for a consultation and didn't return for more then 20 minutes! By the time he returned, he had forgotten where he was with my surgical procedure, then started in with the laser. By this time, the numbness had worn off and I felt EVERYTHING, including stitches being sewn into my gums!
