lived here for one year... overall pretty good building, my only issues were 1) electric heating costed $200/month for a studio in the winter, and 2) very very loud/noisy neighborhood... the noise came at all hours - construction site next door began work at 6:30am most mornings, both summer and winter, with loud bangs - and in the summer, the neighborhood is filled with motorcycles and loud mufflers and people playing music late at night because this is the nicest neighborhood downtown so everyone wants to be here but the n... read more
I really loved living here - it’s the heart of downtown. You are literally NEAR EVERYTHING and if not you can hop on the Q and have that take you down Woodward. I also loved how it had an ATTACHED parking garage something that is so hard to find in the city. Why I deducted stars - monthly fire alarms for no reason and prime and proper employees use both resident elevators to their pleasure. Great people inside and out of the building. Highly recommended if you want the downtown experience in a safe environment
