This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a medical provider, maybe even the worst. First, let’s start off with the fact that when you call to make an appointment or speak to a doctor or have a question for your medical team, they have hired a call center in the Philippines to be their front office. That’s right! You are not allowed to speak to anyone in office. For tech-support that might be fine, but for a doctors office, especially pain management, It’s disgraceful. Wow that changed fast. A few months ago, I gave this doctor and office five stars after only being seen twice. Clearly, I should’ve waited a couple more months. They were very kind and understanding with my pain problems, very thorough on explaining things
Feels weird to leave a review on a medical practice, but in the last week I have had the single worst communication experience I have ever had with a doctor's staff. I have been coming here as a patient for a few months. Doctor was very profecient at TPI for nerve damage. Had excellent experiances up until 2 weeks ago. I attempted to make an appointment but was hit by traffic. Dr Harlander-Locke is an extremely professional, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable pain management doctor. My appointment with him was extremely educational and he went out of his way to help me find alternative possibilities to handling my pain besides medication, which is what I’ve been looking for. He validated both my pain and the hardship of living with pain and all of its emotional baggage. I’m in recovery and he took that very seriously.
