He makes promises and does not follow up. He lies to us and does not return calls. His office staff is poor and does not return calls when needed. Go somewhere else.

I started going to Capitol Pain Institute a year ago. When I first went I was so encouraged that I had found the correct Dr, for my pain. It has taken a year and several failed procedures and I am no better than I was when I first went. In fact I have gotten worse. In all this time it has taken weeks to get procedures approved and applied. When I go in for an appointment the Dr. is very encouraging and I am hopeful things will go quicker than other times. I am so happy to be a patient at Capital Pain. These folks are the absolute best. They have worked hard to understand and address my pain issues. They listen, take the time needed to explain procedures, and always follow through. I spent years in severe and chronic pain. In less than 6 months Doctor Harlander-Locke and his staff have given me relief I didn’t realize was possible.

I would give it 0 stars if it was an option, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I show up 15 minutes early to my 1:30 appointment. They have me fill out the new patient documents and I get those done within the 15 minutes. They proceed to call me to the back at 2:05 keep in mind they're the ones behind. They check my vitals and tell me the Dr is finishing up with a patient and will be in with me in a few.. only for the front desk lady to come in and tell me that they have to reschedule me because I didn't give the doctor enough time to lo... read more
