I have a great experience with Dr Sandell. Was seeing him for 12 years @ his other office. He has always taken the time to listen. Has a great bedside manner. I would definitely recommend this place. Moved away for a few years and went back to him at his new location. Eric is great and all the girls up front are very nice.
Great care and Dr Meyer talks to you and gives you recommendations on what can help and what he recommends what will help you with the pain.
As a new patient, I was seen by the physician only once. During that visit, surgery was strongly recommended, after I declined, I was transferred to a Physician Assistant for all further care, which felt dismissive. There is a serious lack of clear communication from the staff, especially regarding the rigid 5-minute grace period policy. Dr. Meyer was absolutely incredible! I have never met a doctor with such genuine empathy combined with incredible knowledge. I even followed up with the medical assistant at my orthopedic surgeon’s office to share how wonderful he was, and they noted it for future client referrals.
