I came to your office in significant pain, with swelling around a cracked tooth, already evaluated by my referring provider at Mary's Center. I was charged $550 for a 3D scan and consultation without being told in advance that I was agreeing to a $550 diagnostic charge, or what it would cost, before the service was performed.
