Dr. Shin and everyone here was a joy and honor to work with. I felt safe with my extraction and the procedure was carried out with excellent moment-to-moment communication. I was able to use my insurance. The consultation beforehand was calm and kind. The instructions post-procedure were clear and comprehensive. Thank you very much!
I came there to get some work done on my teeth. The surgeon was friendly, reassuring,painless and fast service. I recommend everyone to visit. You won't be disappointed. I am going to make another appointment.
I took my 16-year-old daughter to this oral surgery office and was appalled by the treatment we received. We arrived for a 10:00 AM appointment, but she wasn't acknowledged until almost 11:00 AM. When they finally approached her, they asked for her X-ray, not me as the parent. This was confusing to me, as I've never been asked to bring in an X-ray myself. Normally, I understand that the dentist’s office would fax or email it directly to them. When I politely questioned why my daughter would have the X-ray and why they hadn’t... read more

< Capitol Oral, Facial, and Implant ... Now- I didn't really mind my time here. The front desk was quick and efficient while also being polite; which I feel like is hard to do in the small hot space they were in. They honored my appointment time and were able to pull up my referrals despite me not having them physically. I sent a email of them before my appointment time. The doctor was more than kind and very understanding (I have crazy anxiety with dentist.) So yeah good times. Great front desk. Great staff. And cool dentis... read more
