I only gave one ⭐️ because I couldn’t give zero. I received care from Dr Hema Manikan for a few years at the Carmichael location. I logged on to MyChart to ask the Doctor a question and for some reason I couldn’t find her name. After numerous attempts to contact this office, I finally decided to contact the Elk Grove location. Extremely disappointed. My boyfriend had a kidney disease that required chemo to treat. Dr. Manickam was amazing and had regular appointments and took very good care of him. Now that she left, this practice completely let him fall through the cracks and hasn’t reached out to us to schedule with the new doctor at all. We are so disappointed.
