Don't waste your time – So I can't speak about Ron's neon work but I can tell you that there are much better choices in Sacramento for vinyl signs. Ron wasted a month of my time before he came up with proofs (yes a month I'm not joking), what he showed me was mediocre at best and he was nearly $1,000 more than a competitor. The competitor had our signs done and on our building the next day. AND a better design.
