We recently purchased a new car from Capitol Mazda via the Costco program, which directed us to Capitol Mazda. After we rejected an offer to pre-purchase scheduled maintenance with the front office Sales agent, the finance manager , Afshin Motalebi, "gave us 45K service because we are nice people" as he prepared the contract. ATTEMPTED FRAUD I have asked for help on numerous occasions from this dealership to straighten out a tiny issue for me. Here's my story before: "Gene" ran my credit twice. The 2nd time was unauthorized. 16 days apart. I wanted it removed. He apologized and said he would fix that, but since I didn't buy a car from him, he doesn't care about it now.
