Shelia was the best! So happy for my next adventure living at Capitol lofts!
Our first place since moving to the US, although there can be inevitable issues here and there, it has been a really great experience living here. Marianne had been nothing but helpful and responsive whenever we needed help or we have questions with whatever. It’s great having a friendly face and a helping hand esp on this huge transintion in our lives. I had no problem bringing my dog too and luckily our neighbors have been very gracious and friendly (and understanding about occasional dog noises).
The apartment community offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, and we had a pleasant experience during our stay. Marianne, the assistant property manager, is the primary contact for any assistance required. She has excelled in ensuring that packages are properly managed and that the building remains secure. Her dedication to addressing residents' needs and concerns is commendable, and her contributions are invaluable to the overall environment of the building.
The apartment community is welcoming and we enjoyed our stay. Marianne, the assistant property manager, is your go-to for anything you need. She has done a great job making sure packages are accounted for and that the building is secure. She goes above and beyond to make sure your needs are met and your concerns are addressed. The building would not be the same without her!!
