Sheila From the front office was so awesome in taking the time out of her busy schedule to show me some of the apartments, which I will say were really nice looking and Also like very much how they have a fitness room, theater room, and a lounge area, which you can rent out for a small events which I thought was pretty awesome
This has been one of the worst living experiences I’ve ever had. I was one of the first residents when this building opened, and it has gone completely downhill. What used to be a well-kept, nice building is now full of damage and visible wear and tear throughout. Residents allow their dogs to relieve themselves around the building and do not clean up after them you’re constantly almost stepping in dog waste. Greedy building owners continue to raise rent without making any repairs. The lack of maintenance feels criminal. If you and your family are considering moving here, don't. Dog feces everywhere, they let anyone in the building and the cameras don't work. While families are struggling, they raised the rent AGAIN 200$.
Building Management does not care for the property. There is dog poop in the hallways and all throughout the entire property . Rent is $1500+, the “amenities” are not worth it. The gym equipment is broken, old and outdated. The “theater” is just a room with a broken TV (Maybe 55” in size) and dirty couches. The community room is a dirty room with broken furniture.
