$720 for a brake fluid change and throttle body cleaning. I was also charged for fuel additives when I had declined them. The people were nice but it was an absurd amount to pay for that.
Bought a used Kia telluride from this dealership. They promised to get me the missing trunk hatch for the car, so far they have not followed through on getting it for me, will update if they do. In addition, they tried to trick me into paying for their nonsense shadowmark product through some shady tactics. They waste your time with bunch of nonsense trying to get you to pay for things that you don’t need.. back and forth with manager on the pricing with bunch of numbers trying to confuse you.. thinking that you might not notice.. it’s 2025 guys.. you can find all the numbers on the internet Stop trying to get people to pay extra! And just sell the car and stop wasting people time
