Had a great experience with Capitol Kia and our salesperson Jose. Jose was patient, knowledgeable and did not use pushy sales tactics. He answered questions and helped me run through different payment strategies. Now my wife has a new Sportage.

Ahhh… unfortunately this is not a post I wanted to write. We came to Capitol Kia to potentially lease a new Kia Carnival as our family has grown. We previously leased a Kia EV9 from them and had a great experience, which is exactly why we decided to come back. Beware when purchasing a used vehicle from them…. They are misrepresenting cars and are not transparent. I just bought a 2017 Toyota Highlander hybrid on Jan 13. On Jan 20 the car started having problems starting, getting error messages, warnings that the hybrid system had stopped. So I took it in to a shop and just paid $586.72 to replace the 12v battery.
