Terrible experience - I had an appointment to see and likely buy a particular stock no. from Mario. As I had a written offer from Hayward Kia for the same model, Mario assured me Capitol could make the price competitive. I came in and lo and behold - they "got the wrong car ready". Full bait & switch games happening, making me wait for a long time. Finally manager comes with an offer that is 10k over what we had discussed up front. Great customer service especially from Juan! KIA has come a long way.
This is easily the worst dealership I've been with. When we came to purchase a car a year or so ago, we had little to no acknowledgement and no salesperson offered us a test drive to at least talk to us about the car features. They just gave us the key and disappeared. When we came back they only spoke to us when they realized we wanted to actually buy. bought a kia k4 lxs from a guy named mario, he was so cool and genuine with my parents who speak spanish as their primary language, he was able to accommodate that since he also spoke spanish, and also gave us a good price on the car. Thank you again!
