I purchased a pre-owned 2022 Tesla Model Y from Capitol Kia. After taking delivery, I noticed the front bumper's paint clearly doesn't match the shade of the rest of the vehicle's factory paint, and the clear coat is delaminating/peeling — indicating the bumper had been refinished before I bought the car, not damage that occurred afterward.
