I know that dealerships are not the best place for a good deal on work for your car. However, I do expect them to be honest as to the work to be done on your vehicle. Capitol definitely failed in that department. Not only did they lie about the cost of the work to be done, they also decided to add more work costs for things I did not approve. So in saying this, if you want great work with great service, do NOT go to Capitol unless you truly want to be ripped off and mistreated.
Please, please, please, do not buy a car for these guys. They are like the car dealers in the movies. They are SALES men. I don't mind a salesperson doing their job, even doing a really good job but to take your trust and turn it into screwing the customer is where I draw the line.
Have used them for general maintenance (when I get a discount coupon), and have found then fine. I would like to purchase my next auto from them, but don't like their "bump" stickers.
Bought a new 2011 sonata from Capitol hyundai in Columbia, SC Received a fair price without any hassle or double talk. The other dealer ran a ad and then switch prices when we got there. Thank's Captiol hyundai for being honest with us.
