I leased a car from here. The day before my first lease payment was due they tried to bully me into a new lease agreement saying they had lost my original and would no longer honor it. I'm holding fast sending copies certified mail ti the bank and to the dealer
Brought my car in for service, the service advisor Henry ******** (from Capitol Hyundai) is rude and very unprofessional. Will get rid of all my Hyundai santa fe and elantra very soon, I will not ever buy car from Hyundai again.
My family and I went to this dealer to buy a new car. We were met with arrogance and intense hostility, and salespersons who play mind-boggling games. During our first visit, we were given a premium car to test drive, and were then given a quote for the basic model. Tommy Tran, the associate, and Luis Vasquez, the so-called "manager" (he claimed to be the owner of the place, turns out he wasn't), we're extremely rude, arrogant, and condescending. Capital Hyundai is the worst! I was a sold car with a 3rd party warranty.

Julinda purchased a 2008 Mercedes with over 100,000 that was out of warranty. Julinda chose to purchase an extended warranty which covered her claim at Mercedes Benz. In addition we replaced her sensors at no charge. As far as a third party goes they stand their services that Julinda purchased. I've since spoken with Jolinda to resolve the issues that we agreed upon. Thanks
Purchased a 2013 Hyun DIE Veloster Turbo off the show room floor. Turned out that 16,500 of these engines have a bad computer program (Recall 182 so we are told) that leads to engine failure, which could cause the car to stall, seize or catch on fire. My car stalled on the freeway took and the engine failed. Took it to DGDG Capitol Hyun DIE dealership. The service dept said they would take care of it.
