I had a very good experience with my purchase of Ioniq6 at Capitol Hyundai. Muneesh was the Account Manager who helped me with the process and he was extremely helpful with answering all the questions and also getting a very good lease deal I was looking for. I was very happy with the service I received from Muneesh and Capitol Hyundai.
I called the service line many times and no one picked the phone. I decided to call in next day and after few attempts I was able to speak to someone but they ended up put me on hold for 30 mins and never return to me. Really frustrated then I called them back in the afternoon, the lady on the phone told me one of the service advisors will give me a call back about my issue shortly, and no one called me back til evening and even the next day.
Was in the market for a newer used Honda CRV, managed to find the exact one and features my wife and I wanted. Worked with Aaron who was extremely communicative, informative and helpful in guiding us into a great purchase. He didn't push any sales and listened to our exact needs. If you choose and find the right car here at DGDG, choose Aaron to help. He's great guy.
In 1 hour after the regular maintenance at 36K miles at Capitol Hyundai in San Jose California got a message, Refill Coolant. That happened on 10/11/2025. PC The maintenance includes the coolants replacement and cost me $1.300 plus... Should I be happy after that?
