Don't bother trying to have a conversation with anyone here. They'll just keep ignoring you and bringing out increasingly difficult people. The sales manager is a condescending man who likes to talk himself out of sales by not working with you whatsoever. Tries to push a massive warranty on you ($10k on a $20k car) and refuses to show you any other options. Easily the worst customer experience I've ever had. Salesmen were pushy and not willing to work with us. Even had to ask 3 times to see what a monthly payment would look like without a warranty that costs half the price of the car.
Terrible experience working with this dealership. The salesman was good and the only reason I went there , was because he was responsive. But we worked all the numbers before I go there and after I pick the car, the sales manager decides to bump up the numbers, for a stupid and BS reason that inventory is low ! This is so unprofessional of them. Don't work with them or you are wasting your time. They can't even hold themselves accountable to what they send you over the email. Had a pretty disappointing experience at this dealership with a person Aaron, white guy with eyeglasses. He was the first one to greet us and I immediately told him I am interested in checking out a couple of cars. Within a minute, it was evident that this person wasn’t interested in selling any car to us. He stepped out to show the car for a couple of minutes and immediately went back inside.
