I have been a customer of this company since 2009 and now for two different properties, one as a rental property owner and the other as an HOA President. They had been quite excellent, I previously gave them five stars but as they've grown and hired new reps the quality, particularly communication has been bad.
Communication is terrible with Home owners. Not a happy Homeowner.

Out of 20 years of rental ownership and dealing with HOA’a; this company is the worst. They won’t walk the property, they cater to the Board, ignore their contractual duties and their accounting is questionable. BEWARE and find another management company.
There wasn't anything in our contract with them that they actually did for us. It was a year of us doing all the work ourselves and never getting responses back from them. We keep discovering more things they were contractually obligated to do for us that they didn't do. We paid them to do nothing essentially.
