This wasn’t a bad place for the price, it was a flat rate of $700. It is very spacious in terms of the kitchen and living room , however there is no controlled thermos stat, the temperature it was set at was it for winter /summer . There was communal laundry and the dryers weren’t always working so I would have to use more quarters .
Recently renovated 1 bedroom apartment just blocks from downtown and UNL campus, always kept clean and great apartment for a reasonable price! Never felt uncomfortable with the surrounding area and would highly recommend! Responsive and great landlord as well who will respond to any issues quickly.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! DON'T RENT FROM HERE!!! they don't have the time to answer your questions or they hang up on you.
