I have lived here a little over a yr now. These apartments are older but very clean and well maintained. The office staff is friendly and accommodating also quick to respond to any issue like dryer not heating up, repaired same day! I previously lived in an apt on EP True Prkwy WDSM, 950.00 2 bedroom not near as quiet as Capitol Heights.for the most part everybody says hi and goes about their own business. No bugs, clean,well maintained and affordable rent for a single income.
