Capitol Heat came out to fix an issue on 05/05/2021 and 16 days later the issue was NOT resolved. Capitol Heat; the person who answered the phone (Lisa) stated the job was completed correctly without even bothering to ask a "Technician" if this was true or correct. She stated I would be charged another trip charge even though the work was not resolved correctly 16 days previously.
