To Management / Corporate Office, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding staff member Tracy and the unacceptable treatment my mother and our family received at your office. I've been seeing Dr. Vallero for a few years now. He is professional, courteous and makes me feel like he genuinely cares about my health and my GI experience. If you have been referred, give him a try. I can't say enough good about my experience with Capital GI and Dr. Vallero.
This review is for Dr Vallero office process issuing medical records. I have attempted to contact his medical assistant (Mallory) for serval months by leaving a messages without any response. the receptionist only allow to transfer to her voicemail which she never respond. I even had the receptionist personally send her a message without any replies. I needed my medical records for surgery. I even left voicemail to her manager and still awaiting a response. This is denying my medical care. This is a medical negligence!!!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete disgrace to healthcare. I waited two full weeks for an appointment, they collected all my insurance details ahead of time and then they call me just ONE day before to cancel. Why? Because they suddenly realized they don’t accept my insurance. This kind of incompetence is not just inconvenient it’s dangerous. People rely on timely medical care.
