Extremely respectful, helpful, non-pushy sales team. Drove 6 hours to come to this dealership and would do so again. Highly recommend.
I told them I was coming from 5 hours away and wanted to confirm all was truthful. When I got there the salesman was obviously rushing me so I would miss the several large impacts on the vehicle. He said it was in perfect condition with no accidents which was far from the case. When I asked for a price reduction from 37500 for the used Tacoma he said the manager and I quote”will tell you to kick rocs” and the manager backed that attitude up. My experience with Capital Ford has been extremely disappointing. When I purchased my vehicle, everyone was friendly, helpful, and eager to earn my business. I also purchased an extended warranty because I believed it would provide peace of mind if issues arose. Unfortunately, now that I need assistance, I am being treated completely differently. Bad experience at this dealership. I'm a very black and white, no BS type of person. Transparency is key especially in having all the information to make a decision like purchasing a new car. What I got was the exact opposite. DO NOT LIE TO A CUSTOMER. DO NOT ask your finance guy to come over and lie to a customer. If you don't know the answers or you're not sure, get someone who is.
