I recently sold one of my vehicles to Capitol Ford, and the entire experience was excellent thanks to Terra. She guided us through the whole process, helped us get a strong offer, and was incredibly kind the entire time. We felt completely comfortable and never once pressured to purchase anything. The transaction was smooth and surprisingly quick! Terra is awesome!!! Capitol Ford is truly lucky to have such a kind, approachable, and helpful team member. Highly recommend!

Very professional staff, but labor rates are really high and I would only have my vehicle service there if I had a Ford warranty that covers labor and parts

My recent experience with Capitol Ford began last week when we test drove a used Ford, the car was not ready to be driven as it has been in past experiences with test driving a vehicle. This a pink flag, not quite red yet. Then when we went inside to consider our options, Angelo was going to run my credit without asking and we only knew when my husband asked what he was doing, so my husband immediately said no. I bought a car at Capital Ford. I liked my salesman Connor Woodside, as well as the Sales Manager Joe Davis. They were professional, friendly, and transparent. I also met Fernando Roque and Jon Godinez who were the top managers. Friendly. The finance person (Walid), was borderline rude and emotionally immature. He was passive aggressive and only changed his tone when I walked over and showed I had a relationship with Joe Davis. I think Capital Ford would be fine -- just avoid Walid.
