Awful customer service! The owner hereclearly lacks basic people skills and seem disinterested in helping customers. I had a frustrating experience and wouldn’t recommend shopping here at all!
Brett and his team fixed my LVP floors. There was glue coming up from the floorboards, mistakes made by a previous contractor. I had to find them to give them a shoutout for their professionalism and impeccable work. Brett talked me through my fears about mold or leaks, and thoroughly checked out areas that could be the problem. He problem solved. I was also impressed by his knowledge about mold and toxins.
