These days with the rise in digital and online communication, it is hard to find a sales person willing to take time to answer multiple questions and explain every detail, especially to a costumer who is not an expert in the field. Stopped by to pick a Zoeller sump pump. Even with the amount of rain we have had they still had a 1/2 hp in stock. Paul helped me and I was in and out in no time. Price was as good as the service ! Support local business.
I would use them as a last resort because their parts are 33% higher than home depot. I bought a delta push button diverter and their price was $35.48. Home depot's price was $20.97. Home depot also sold a no name brand called danco for $14.97.
