I love living here. The absolutely best location and the management puts on amazing events to meet others in the building. Another one of my favorite qualities of the capitol has been anytime I have maintenance issues, the response to fix anything is always the same day!! It’s great!!

I love living in the Capitol District Apartments. My husband and I.moved back to Omaha nine months ago. Our experience here has been good right from the start. The staff is helpful and informed, the residents are friendly, and the location is the best with easy access to the Old Market, the Hot shops, the Orpheum, the Holland, Film Streams and so much more.
