Capitol Diner located in Lynn, Massachusetts was built in 1928 by the Philadelphia based J. G. Brill Company. Formerly known as Miss Lynn Diner, it was later renamed as the Capitol Diner for the erstwhile Capitol Theater that was located in the vicinity. In 1999, it was included in the National Register of Historic Places. Housed in a quaint boxcar, the diner is well known for its scrumptious breakfast menu.

Terrific service, great food at great prices. Be aware it is cash only, and street parking.
This is a wonderful place to rest and get a bite to eat. The owners came to the table and we talked about the history of the Diner, family run for generations. Nice wait staff, Great food. When in Lynn go there for a nice meal.
I’ve been enjoying breakfast at the Capitol Diner for a long time. The food is delicious, you can sit outside in the summer, the staff is extremely friendly and the owner even keeps a watchful eye on your dog while you eat! What’s better than that? You can always find a spot to park also. 😋❤️
