They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period.
