Very pleasant, friendly staff! I always recommend Capitol Dental!
I have been going to Capitol Dental for a few years now and have always had a good experience. I struggle with a little bit of anxiety when getting anything besides a teeth cleaning done and they are always very good about helping me through it - explaining what they are doing and giving me breaks if needed. I plan on sticking with them. Always a good experience.
Just like every pleasant visit, I was take care by the staffâs friendliness, the hygienistâs detailed care and doctorâs exceptional work. And they always take time to answer my questions and concerns.
This was my second appointment at Capitol Dental. I am less pleased with the experience. I had a root canal and a filling. The appointment took 4 hours instead of 2.5, and thereâs no way those chairs were made for long appointments. The back of my head hurt so bad, I kept moving it which made it harder for the dentist to work. Also, after I was numbed up and half way through the appointment, they asked me if I wanted a regular crown or a premium one, and provided me with a meaningless comparison chart. I broke a tooth and was pleased to be able to get in first thing on Monday morning. Meeting with photo, xray, and meeting with Dr. Doyle went quickly. Office staff figured out scheduling and benefits in short order and I was on the way back to my office in less than an hour.
Best dental experience I've ever had. Very transparent in what is charged to insurance, and what I'll have to pay out of pocket. I have sensitive teeth, and they worked around that, making me as comfortable as possible.
Always friendly, always go above and beyond. I love the staff here and couldn't ask for them to improve - best dentist office I've ever been to.
